Rough Country High Steer Kit for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK
Vehicle Fitment: The Rough Country High Steer Kit is designed for use on JK Wranglers with 3.5” to 6” of lift. A Rough Country front track bar bracket is required to install the high steer drag link. This kit is not compatible with drop pitman arms.
Heavy-Duty Construction: The included drag link features a fully greasable tie rod end. With this kit, the factory tie rod end at the pitman arm is reused.
Flipped Drag Link: By using High Steer design, the drag link included in this kit improves handling and steering geometry, while reducing wear and bump steer. By moving the drag link above the steering knuckle, the Rough Country High Steer Kit also protects your steering linkage from trail damage.
Increase the handling and ride comfort in your lifted Jeep Wrangler JK with the Rough Country High Steer Kit. By improving steering linkage geometry, this kit reduces bump steer. The included drag link has a flipped design, so it is installed into the top of the steering knuckle. Simply drill the steering knuckle, and drop in the supplied insert.
Installation Note: Front Track Bar Bracket Required for Installation. For Use with 3.5-4in of Lift with Factory Track Bar, or 4.5-6in of Lift with Rough Country Forged Adjustable Track Bar (Part # 1179)
