The Borne Off-Road Snorkel Kit from Mishimoto is a much-needed upgrade for Jeep Wrangler JL vehicles that spend a lot of time on the trails. This complete kit moves the fresh air inlet 20 inches above the factory location allowing for cleaner air to be pulled into the engine. Manufactured using heavy-duty UV-resistant polyethylene and a rotationally molded tube that can withstand any climate to provide maximum performance at all times. The snorkel kit mounts to the body of the Wrangler JL using 2.5mm thick steel brackets and will line up perfectly to the factory lower airbox (cutting into the vehicle is required for installation). The top of the snorkel measures 6 inches and includes a steel mesh cover to protect against larger road debris. Several different color options for the screen and brackets are available to match your JL color scheme. Fits Wrangler JL 3.6L & 2.0L engines. Backed by the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.
*Note: The Snorkel alone does not increase the Jeep’s water fording limit. Fording water above the factory recommended limit may result in engine damage.
