Protect your gears, lockers and diff cover bolts from the most punishing rocks and trail hazards with the Cast Iron Differential Cover by DV8 Off Road. This aggressive tread design differential cover increases the structural rigidity of your entire axle. The DV8 differential cover is cast from high tensile nodular cast iron with a thick class "D" inch mounting flange and a Class "N" inch housing. These differential covers have a powder coated gray finish and class 12.9 hardware (18% stronger than grade 8 hardware). Increased oil capacity decreases the operating temperature of the gear oil. This added capacity helps keep fluids cooler which makes for better performance. This cover comes with all necessary hardware for a tight leak-free seal. The Differential cover comes in a Dana 30, Dana 35, or Dana 44 option.
NOTE: The Diff Cover fits 1997-2018 Jeep TJ and JK Sport Dana 30, Dana 35 Sahara, and Dana 44 Rubicon.
