Run Larger Wheels and Tires: By adding additional clearance, the Rough Country 4.5in Suspension Lift Kit allows you to run up to 33x12.50 tires on your Jeep Wrangler YJ. In order to clear suspension components, you will need 3.75” of wheel backspacing with this kit.

Smooth Ride: The included transfer case lowering kit is designed to optimize the rear driveshaft angle to eliminate vibration. Rough Country uses Teflon pad inserts in their double tapered leaf springs to improve the ride quality. The main leaf is given extra strength by using a military wrap design.

N3 Premium Shocks: Rough Country’s N3 shocks provide smooth performance with nitrogen-charged 10-stage variable valving. They are designed to provide a comfortable on-road ride, while improving off-road damping.

This lift uses a combination of lifted leaf springs and boomerang shackles to accommodate up to 33x12.50 tires. To maintain driveline geometry, Rough Country includes a tubular transfer case lowering kit. Their smooth riding leaf springs feature a double tapered design with Teflon pad inserts. Rough Country uses military wrap leaf springs in this kit for additional strength. This kit also includes Rough Country’s premium N3 shocks. The twin-tube nitrogen-charged N3 shocks provide smooth a smooth ride with 10-stage variable valving.
