Versatility: The basic Borah wheel already has great style and can be used for daily driving and off-roading. If you decide you want to add more protection or take your JL to the next level, you can purchase the simulated or functional beadlock rings.
Off-road Ready: AEV's included their well known feature of a recessed valve stem on these wheels as well making them very capable of making it through the toughest trails unscathed.
Added Clearance: Having proper clearance is very important when choosing a wheel, which is why AEV carefully chose the 5.72in backspacing to add enough room for bigger tires without compromising balance and stability.
Out of the many options for wheels that will fit the Jeep Wrangler JL, AEV Borah Wheels were designed specifically for the new Wrangler Platform. The perfectly balanced 17x8.5 wheels with 5.72in backspace (+25mm offset) give you clearance for bigger tires without compromising strength and stance. With safety in mind, AEV requires all their wheels pass DOT and SEA J2530 requirements.
