DS18 PRO-FR8NEO 8" Neodymium Full Range Midrange Loudspeaker
Bring powerful pro-audio performance to your vehicle with the DS18 PRO 8” Neodymium Full-Range Bullet Loudspeaker. Built for high-output audio systems, this 8-inch loudspeaker combines a high-powered neodymium motor with an integrated silver bullet to produce strong midrange presence and detailed upper-frequency reproduction. Rated at 250 watts RMS and 500 watts maximum power handling at 4 ohms, the PRO-FR8NEO is ready for substantial amplifier power, while its impressive 99dB sensitivity helps turn that power into high-volume output.
A 160Hz-12.5kHz frequency response gives the PRO-FR8NEO the range needed to reproduce vocals, instruments, and impactful midrange frequencies with authority. Its neodymium magnet provides strong magnetic flux in a relatively compact motor structure, while the aluminum basket, non-pressed paper cone, cloth-edge surround, and 1.5-inch Kapton voice coil former create a durable speaker assembly. A protective grille is also included, making the DS18 PRO-FR8NEO a powerful choice for custom car audio, powersports, and other high-output sound systems.
250 Watts RMS Power Handling: With 250 watts RMS and 500 watts maximum power handling at 4 ohms, the PRO-FR8NEO can handle substantial amplifier output for demanding audio systems.
99dB Sensitivity: High 99dB sensitivity helps the speaker produce impressive acoustic output from available amplifier power, making it a strong choice when volume is a priority.
Powerful Neodymium Motor: The neodymium magnet generates strong magnetic flux while keeping the motor assembly more compact than many traditional magnet designs.
Integrated Silver Bullet: The built-in bullet helps extend the speaker's upper-frequency reproduction, adding definition and presence to vocals, instruments, and other detailed musical content.
Heavy-Duty Pro-Audio Construction: An aluminum basket, non-pressed paper cone, cloth-edge surround, and 1.5-inch Kapton voice coil former create a purpose-built speaker assembly for high-output applications.
