The Crown Automotive 1.5" Wheel Adapter Kit is for the early Jeep Wrangler and Cherokee with a 5x4.5" lug pattern that wants to run the 5x5" JK pattern or 5x5.5" CJ or light truck pattern . These hub-centric adapters bolt easily to the original wheel hub and accept the original coned acorn style lug nuts. Most of the nicer rims are made for the larger bolt size so now you can run wheels you never could have imagined.
