PRP Seats' SpeedStrap 1.5-inch 3-Point Spare Tire Tie-Down with Swivel Hooks provides you the ability to mount a spare tire to your Jeep's rack, carrier, or inside the bed. Each end of this tie-down is fully adjustable allowing the center point and ratchet to stay exactly where you require. Engineered with durable 1.5-inch polyester material, this tie-down offers a deluxe wide grip ratchet with built-in retention clips keeping the tire securely in place. Additionally, hooks can be removed if you just want to wrap the ends around a tube frame and secure them back into the three-bar adjuster. Fits 22"-36" size tires.
