For all its positives, Jeep for some reason did not employ a tough enough stock steering shaft for those who have upgraded to a lift kit and larger tires. Consequently, the added stress can cause steering vibration, wobble and a host of other safety issues. Luckily, the antidote is clear thanks to Borgeson's Heavy Duty Replacement Upper Steering Shaft. This specially built upper shaft is for 97-06 Jeep Wranglers and employs a telescoping shaft assembly to ensure a perfect fit.
