The windshield on early CJ's is small enough, and if your wiper system is not working properly then your visibility is even further degraded. The Crown Automotive Wiper Switch is a direct replacement for the failing factory unit. Weather your arms are not sweeping smoothly or your pump is no longer working properly, the switch may be the culprit. This 5-blade switch is for Jeeps without intermittent wipers. Connections for the factory wiring are on the back for the motor, power and pump. As long as your factory wiring is still good, then there is no splicing or new wiring needed for installation. Simply connect the Jeeps paddle-connectors to the blades.
