The Crown Automotive Tailgate Hinge can fix a loose, rattling or broken hinge on your JK Wrangler quickly. Under the caps on the tailgate and body are a steel hinge, that unfortunately cannot be rebuilt with new pins and hardware. If your hinge has gone bad you will have to change both sides. The upper and lower hinges are identical so this will work in place of either to get your tailgate swinging smoothly and true so it hits the latch on center every time.
