All Dynatrac axle assemblies are built from the finest materials and components available, with quality-control checks at 115 points. Hardware is US-sourced Grade 8, with thread locker used on all housing fasteners. Gears are genuine Dana/Spicer or Precision Gear. Dynatrac axle tubes, housings and knuckles are machined to ultra-precise tolerances joined on a special 100-ton press, and heliarc welded for superior strength and longevity. All housings are deburred by hand, painted inside and out, given a smooth finish from housing to axle (for oil flow) and housing bores are fully blueprinted.
