The Crown Automotive Reverse Idler Gear is for the T-90 transmission used in early CJ and Willys Jeeps. The teeth on this gear can get pretty banged up if you are rough on your shifting and tend to shift into reverse before the transmission has stopped its forward movement. Inspect this gear next time you are inside your transmission and uneven wear or markings can indicate the need to change, in doing so, making your shifting smoother. Bushing is included and pressed in place.
