This radiator uses a custom to Cold Case 41mm extruded core with four cooling flutes for maximum strength and coolant flow. Unlike intercooler cores, the Cold Case extruded tube mirrors those of a standard radiator giving them an aero advantage, while raising the burst strength to 100psi and adding much-needed torsional rigidity to handle extreme off-roading demands.
High-Efficiency Cooling: Dual 1-inch aluminum tubes maximize cooling performance, ensuring better heat dissipation compared to standard copper/brass radiators.
16 Fins Per Inch: Corrugated fins that give more surface area and more thermal transfer.
Enhanced Reliability: 100% TIG-welded for added strength, making it highly resistant to wear and leaks over time, essential for off-road enthusiasts.
Note: Direct fit for 91-01 Cherokees. 84-90 models will have to convert to '91-01 style overflow.
