DIFF COVER DANA 60 FRONT/REAR
Hitting extreme trails with a Dana 60 axle means you're putting massive torque and heavy tire loads through your drivetrain. Whether mounted on the front or rear, the differential takes the lead when crawling over jagged boulders and ledge drops. Upgrading to the Ten Factory Dana 60 Differential Cover (Part # TFD60-2600) gives your heavy-duty build the unbreakable protection it needs to absorb harsh impacts and prevent trail-ending gear oil loss.
Designed for maximum versatility, this heavy-duty cover features a direct bolt-on design for both front and rear Dana 60 applications. Cast from high-strength ductile iron, it reinforces the entire axle housing to prevent casing flex under extreme loads while sliding smoothly over obstacles. It is the ultimate insurance policy for full-size rigs, custom axle swaps, and hard-core rock crawlers.
Universal Front & Rear Fitment: Designed to fit both front and rear Dana 60 axles seamlessly, providing heavy-duty armor protection regardless of your setup or axle placement.
Unbreakable Ductile Iron Construction: Cast from high-strength ductile iron to withstand brutal direct hits from rocks and ledges without cracking, flexing, or contacting internal components.
Reinforced Peel-Proof Lip: Features a thick, angled bottom lip designed to glide easily over trail obstacles without catching or peeling back, keeping your differential fluid securely sealed inside.
Maximum Axle Rigidity: Serves as a heavy-duty structural brace across the Dana 60 housing, reducing gear deflection and maintaining precise ring-and-pinion alignment under high torque.
