DIFF COVER M220 BRONCO REAR
Taking your modern Ford Bronco onto demanding, rock-filled trails requires protection built for intense terrain. The low-slung rear M220 (Dana 44 Advantek) axle is an easy target for jagged obstacles, and the thin factory cover is vulnerable to impacts that can lead to gear damage or sudden fluid leaks. Upgrading to the Ten Factory M220 Rear Differential Cover (Part # TFD44-2220) provides the heavy-duty rear-end armor needed to take on extreme off-road lines with complete confidence.
Cast from ultra-durable nodular iron, this cover significantly boosts axle stiffness to eliminate flex under heavy torque and hard articulation. A protective powder-coated finish defends against corrosion and harsh trail elements while adding a rugged look to your rear end. It is a direct bolt-on upgrade that keeps your ring and pinion gears safe and fully lubricated wherever your Bronco leads.
Nodular Iron Impact Defense: Engineered from high-strength nodular iron to absorb harsh direct strikes from rocks and obstacles without cracking or deforming, keeping your rear axle internals safe.
Stiffens Rear Axle Housing: Increases overall structural rigidity on the Ford Bronco M220 housing, minimizing axle flex and gear deflection under heavy torque during steep climbs.
Corrosion-Resistant Powder Coat: Finished with a durable protective powder coating that resists rust, harsh weather, and trail abuse while giving your rear axle a clean, custom look.
Built-In Drain Plug for Easy Servicing: Features an integrated drain plug that allows you to easily service your gear oil and clean out metal debris without taking off the entire cover.
