When the rust has become too much and you are tired of having water in your Jeep, its time for a new Crown Automotive Windshield Frame to replace the original. For early TJ Wranglers from 97-06 this windshield frame lines up with the body and mounting points for the hinges. New weld nuts are in place inside the frame for the hinges to attach to. The Crown Windshield frame arrives to you primed and ready for painting and installation. To get a factory seal with the hardtop and body, evaluate your cowl seal and header seal to make sure they are not dry rotted, changing the lower cowl seal now is much easier than once the frame is installed.
