Today's engines cannot be tuned like the engines of the past, but you can get better performance by making small, simple modifications like the Crown Automotive Throttle Body Spacer for the Wranglers and Gladiator. This billet aluminum spacer measures 1" thick and fits between the air cleaner hose and throttle body to create a more stable, denser air flow to the engine. This can result in minor horsepower gains, increased fuel economy and higher torque. Great for the Jeep that recently piled on some weight with new bumpers or larger wheels and tires.
