Reduce the overall wear and increase the longevity of your ball joints, especially for lifted and wheeled applications. Reduce or completely eliminate tracking and wandering on the road as a result of worn or loose ball joints. Increases overall bearing surface when compared to stock, thus providing longer life while the race is made from sintered graphite and oil-impregnated bronze for a super smooth and durable surface. Overall, the housing is built from 1045 high carbon alloy steel and the stud from heat-treated 4140 steel. This provides maximum strength and reliability while also increasing the overall longevity of the parts. Dust boots are made from durable wear and tear-resistant nitro-butyl rubber so you'll have fewer worries about busting the boots on the trails or while greasing. Works perfectly with all aftermarket axle shafts, even RCV! No modifications required. Comes as either a full kit (2 lower & 2 upper) or just one side (1 lower & 1 upper) and either Non-Knurled or Knurled. Knurled ball joints are required if replacing enlarged axle end forging bored or when previously using a Knurled ball joint. Non-Knurled are recommended when replacing Non-Knurled ball joints or when replacing your ball joints for the first or second time. Made in the USA!

Please Note: This style ball joint requires a 100-500 mile break-in period to fully seat the bearing surface. In the interim, your steering may feel slow to return to center or a bit sticky. As the break-in period ends, you'll notice excellent, smooth, tight steering.
