Easy Installation: Unlike many competitor’s kits, the Rough Country Shackle Reversal Kit does not require any welding. Drilling of the frame is required, but all components bolt into place.
Vehicle Specific Design: Rough Country engineered this kit for late model Jeep CJs. It is meant for use with factory shackles only, and is not compatible with lift shackles. This kit gives approximately 1/2" of front suspension lift.
Greatly improve the ride in your Jeep CJ with the Rough Country Shackle Reversal Kit. This easy to install kit relocates the front shackles for better handling and performance. For additional protection, the included spring hanger cross brace features a built-in steering box skid plate. This kit adds approximately half an inch of lift, and is compatible with both factory and lifted coil springs.
