The outer shell is weldable .180" wall machined DOM tubing. This specific joint is a 2" o.d. and features a 2" mounting width and a .4375" thru bolt hole. Grade 8 greaseable bolt with nut and washers included.
The Johnny Joint gives 30 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction. The Johny Joint rod end is made with a high density, tough 88 urethane encased ball that is durable and is impervious to weather. This special ball is heat treated steel for extra strength and cross drilled for through bolt lubrication The outer shell is .180 wall DOM tubing.
