Damping Material & Speaker Performance Kit

The Design Engineering Boom Mat Speaker Performance Kit is a simple yet powerful upgrade for any car audio system. Designed with Boom Mat damping material, this kit significantly enhances speaker performance by reducing unwanted vibrations and rattles that can distort sound quality. Each kit includes four 6" x 12.5" sheets (2.1 sq. ft. total) of high-quality damping material that adheres easily to metal mounting surfaces. Whether you're a car audio enthusiast or just looking to improve your daily driving experience, this kit offers a quick, affordable way to achieve cleaner, crisper sound from your speakers.

Installation is straightforward: just remove the speaker, apply the Boom Mat to the mounting surface, and reinstall the speaker. The material is flexible enough to conform to irregular surfaces and is unaffected by extreme temperatures, making it ideal for use in a variety of environments. It works equally well on steel, fiberglass, or plastic, and can be trimmed to fit any application. With its peel-and-stick design, the Speaker Performance Kit is a no-fuss solution for eliminating acoustic issues and enhancing your vehicle’s sound system.
