The Spartacus HD Adjustable Wheel Mount Kit by Rugged Ridge handles up to and including 39" spare tires mounted on your Jeep Wrangler JL. The kit provides superior strength with depth and tilting adjustment for a custom fitment and allows clearance for the factory and most aftermarket bumpers. This kit also includes an adjustable third brake light bracket to comply with most state laws (light not included). Installing to the factory original positions with ease. The Spartacus HD tire carrier hinge system is sold separate and a necessity to handle those heavier tires.
