Mountaineer Racks make it possible to utilize all the cargo space in the rear of a Jeep wisely. The functional design of the rack allows important (and heavy) tools and equipment to be stored safely underneath, while lighter weight camping gear can be fastened inside the basket. Versions for '92-'06 Wranglers attach with clamps around the center hoop & rear roll bar making installation a snap. Mountaineer rack for '80-'91 CJ & Wrangler requires minor drilling into the fender wells to secure rack.
