Deluxe Receiver Rack comes with Z-bar that places the bottom of the rack above the top of your bumper (height depends on type and location of receiver hitch). Raising the rack above the bumper gives the Olympic Receiver Racks their trail worthiness. Z-bar places basket away from spare tire to accommodate large spare tires or tires mounted outboard on a tire swing. Olympic only uses high quality USA manufactured steel. Foreign manufactured steel has different tolerances and the Z-bar may be a tight fit into inferior made products.
