Quite simply a Receiver Hitch is the only way to go for a Jeep. Since Jeeps have a high-mounted chassis, most drawbar style hitches do not line up correctly with the trailer coupler. Since no two trailers seem to have the same optimum hitch height, you need flexibility. A receiver hitch allows you to use a ball mount that drops or raises to the correct hitch height.
