The Crown Automotive Rough Trail Heavy Duty Dana 44 Differential Cover is made of 3/8" thick forged steel for the ultimate protection of your Jeeps axle, front or rear. This differential cover has gussets cast into the design for even greater strength and the fluid fill plug has been relocated higher than the stock cover to increase fluid capacity. Features a red power coat finish. Mounting surfaces are machined flat to ensure a leak free seal.
*Vehicles w/ Rubicon package will have to grind the inside of the cover to create clearance between the ring gear bolts and the cover
